My stay at Boulevard Suites Ferrat was overall a great experience. The location is fantastic, just next to a large shopping mall and with stunning views of the Andes. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made a difference. However, I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed during my visit, and I think clearer communication about that in their advertising would be beneficial.
